How does Cash on Delivery work?
Pay the courier in cash when your package arrives. If you change your mind, you can refuse delivery and pay nothing.
How long does my order take?
We print to order. Most pieces ship within 2–3 days. Lithophanes and detailed prints can take up to 5.
Do you ship internationally?
COD is available within the Philippines only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I send my own 3D model?
Yes — email it to us via the contact form. We'll quote a price and timeline within a day.
